I don't know how involved you are with the book layout, or if your publisher is giving you a hand as well. I hope you are able to find something to get it how you want, I for one am very excited to hear that you have that copy in hand!  YAY!  That is an amazing accomplishment!  I know I look at the print I have every.single.day throughout the day and it brings me to a happy place when I look at it.  I hope we get to see some more work of yours soon.
