    You're probably right that you're underwhelmed because you don't use Exchange. Syncing mail, calendar, and contacts is really the killer feature of the Windows Mobile phones. Otherwise, the overall UI is so-so, applications not written by MS suck up so much power they're mostly unusable, and the browsers available all suck.
